Headings, bulleted and numbered lists, links, bold and italic emphasis, inline code, and fenced code blocks. That covers most README and notes content.
Is every Markdown extension supported?
No. Tables, footnotes, task lists, and other GitHub-flavoured extras are out of scope for this lightweight converter — that syntax is left as plain text rather than guessed at.
Is the HTML output safe to paste?
Characters that are special in HTML are escaped inside code blocks, so a snippet containing angle brackets shows as text rather than becoming markup. Always review output before publishing content you did not write.
Can it convert HTML back to Markdown?
No, this direction is Markdown to HTML only. For escaping or unescaping HTML entities, use HTML Encode / Decode.
Does the output include a full HTML page?
No. You get an HTML fragment — the body content — which is what you want when pasting into a CMS, an email template, or an existing page.
Is my input uploaded?
No. Conversion runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to a NeedAnyTool server for these tools.
