By downloading or using Coil Rivals (by Need Any Tool), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Coil Rivals provides on-device play: offline arcade steering, merging, and rival AI on one device. An optional display name is stored only on your device so the local leaderboard can show it; it is not a user account and is not uploaded to us. Features shown in the app may change as we improve the product. The current version does not require an account and does not provide online multiplayer matchmaking operated by Need Any Tool.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use Coil Rivals only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in ways that violate applicable laws.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Scores, difficulty, and in-game feedback are for entertainment only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, device issues, or damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when terms are revised.
