Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how AI Passport and ID Photo Maker (“the App”) handles information. The App helps you create passport, visa, and ID photos on your device. The App (package name: com.needanytool.aipassportphotomaker) is provided by iCorp Overseas Consulting Private Limited under the Need Any Tool brand. Need Any Tool is the Google Play developer name. Website: https://needanytool.com. Contact: icorpplaystore@gmail.com. This policy applies only to the AI Passport and ID Photo Maker mobile app. The Need Any Tool website at https://needanytool.com may have a separate privacy policy covering information collected through the website.
Photos and media
Photos you capture or import are processed on your device for cropping, background editing, adjustments, quality checks, and export. The App does not create user accounts and does not upload your photos to our servers. Files leave the device only when you choose Share, Save, or Print using your device’s system tools. After content leaves the App, the receiving app or service’s privacy policy applies. Need Any Tool does not receive a copy of shared or saved photos unless you deliberately send them to us (for example by emailing support).
Local storage
The App may store preferences, favourites, custom sizes, and local project/export history on your device. You can clear history or reset app data from Settings, clear the app’s storage in your device settings, or uninstall the App to remove information stored in its private application storage.
Permissions
The App requests permissions only when needed for a feature you use. Camera is used to take a photo. Photos / media access is used to import images and optionally save exports. You can deny or revoke permissions in system settings; related features may not work without the required permission.
Advertising
The free version may show ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob and related Google services may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, and approximate information needed to deliver and measure ads, according to Google’s policies. Premium removes ads. Google’s privacy policy applies to AdMob and Google Play services: https://policies.google.com/privacy
In-app purchases
Premium subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to purchases. Google Play Billing is covered under Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Children
The App is not directed at children and is not designed as a children’s app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Affiliation
The App is independent and is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or passport authority. Photo acceptance for official documents is never guaranteed. Always check the requirements of the authority that will receive your photo.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features or data practices change. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the app or its store listing where appropriate.
