Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using AI Passport and ID Photo Maker (by Need Any Tool), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
AI Passport and ID Photo Maker helps you create passport, visa, and ID photos on your device. Features may include camera capture, image import, cropping, background editing, adjustments, quality checks, custom sizes, favourites, local project/export history, Share / Save / Print via system tools, optional ads in the free version, and Premium purchases that remove ads. Features shown in the app may change as we improve the product.
Not an official authority
The App is independent and is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or passport authority. Photo acceptance for passports, visas, or other ID documents is never guaranteed. You are responsible for checking size, background, quality, and other requirements of the authority that will receive your photo.
Photos and your responsibility
Photos you capture or import are processed on your device. The App does not create user accounts and does not upload your photos to Need Any Tool servers. When you Share, Save, or Print, you choose the destination; the receiving app or service’s terms apply after content leaves the App.
Advertising and Premium
The free version may show ads served by Google AdMob. Premium subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. Google’s terms apply to ads and purchases.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in ways that violate applicable laws. You are responsible for photos you create, export, or share.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular official-document purpose, or that any authority will accept a photo you create.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for rejected applications, travel delays, data loss, device issues, or damages arising from use of the app or from photos you create or submit.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when terms are revised.
