Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Home Workout handles information when you use the Home Workout mobile application (package name: com.needanytool.homeworkout; Play Store title: Home Workout: No Equipment). Home Workout is provided by iCorp Overseas Consulting Private Limited under the Need Any Tool brand. Need Any Tool is the Google Play developer name. Website: https://needanytool.com. Contact: icorpplaystore@gmail.com. This policy applies only to the Home Workout mobile app. The Need Any Tool website at https://needanytool.com may have a separate privacy policy covering information collected through the website.

Our privacy approach

Home Workout is an offline bodyweight workout app. Programs, custom workouts, exercise history, streaks, and reminders run locally on your device. The current version does not require account registration or login; does not upload workouts, history, body weight, or progress to our servers; does not use a custom backend or cloud database; does not display advertisements; does not sell subscriptions; does not use advertising, behavioural analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs; does not include third-party crash-reporting SDKs; and does not sell or rent user information.

Information processed on your device

To provide workouts, the app processes fitness-related data locally on your device. This may include an optional display name; fitness goal, level, preferred session length, and days per week; optional body weight if you enter one (accepted range about 30 to 250 kg); quieter, lower-impact, or small-space preferences; workout history, streaks, minutes, personal records, milestones, and how a session felt; custom workouts and saved exercises; and optional local reminder settings. If you do not enter a body weight, calorie figures use a 70 kg fallback and are labeled as an estimate. Calorie figures are estimates, not medical measurements. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to Need Any Tool.

Local storage

Home Workout stores preferences, programs, and history in on-device storage (SQLite / app private storage). You can reset data where the app provides that option, clear app data through your device settings, or uninstall the app to remove information stored in its private application storage. A short text note you deliberately share after a workout is controlled by you and may remain in another app you choose.

Notifications

If you enable a daily reminder, Home Workout may schedule a local notification on your device using the operating system notification APIs. These reminders are generated on-device. The current version does not use a remote push-notification server operated by Need Any Tool to send marketing or behavioural messages. You can turn reminders off in the app or revoke notification permission in your device settings.

User-initiated sharing

After a workout, the app may let you share a short text note (workout name and duration) using your device’s system share sheet. When you choose to share: you decide whether to share, you select the receiving app or person, and the transfer is initiated by you. Need Any Tool does not receive a copy of shared content unless you deliberately send it to us (for example by emailing support). After content leaves Home Workout, the receiving app’s privacy policy applies.

Permissions

Home Workout requests permissions only when needed for a feature you use. Notification permission may be requested if you enable local reminders. The current version does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, or health-platform data from other apps. You may deny or revoke notification permission in device settings; reminders will not appear without it. Core offline workouts do not require an internet connection.

Data we do not collect

Based on the current version of Home Workout, we do not collect or receive through the app: workout contents, history, or streaks; optional body weight or calorie estimates; display name or fitness goals; contacts; precise location; nutrition logs; wearable or GPS activity; financial information; advertising identifiers for ad targeting; or biometric data. We do not sell personal or sensitive information.

Third-party services and app stores

The current version of Home Workout does not intentionally include advertising SDKs, behavioural analytics SDKs, third-party crash-reporting SDKs, social-login services, cloud workout sync, or payment / subscription services. On-device event notes used to operate the app stay in local storage and are not sent to an analytics vendor. Google Play and the mobile operating system may process installation, device, security, and diagnostic information independently under Google’s and the OS provider’s own terms and privacy policies. If you rate the app, the store review flow is operated by the store, not by Home Workout’s workout systems. If third-party services are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the store Data Safety form will be updated before or when those services are introduced.

Children’s privacy

Home Workout is a general fitness application and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require accounts and does not transmit workout or body-weight data to us, we do not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children.

Health information

Optional body weight, fitness goal, and estimated calories are used only to personalize sessions and show an on-device estimate. They are not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. They are not uploaded to Need Any Tool. Do not rely on the app for medical decisions.

International data transfers

The app does not transmit your workouts, history, body weight, or progress to Need Any Tool servers. Therefore the current version does not perform international transfers of that on-device data to us. A third-party app you choose for sharing may transfer information according to its own policies.

Data retention and deletion

Because Home Workout does not use user accounts or a remote database operated by us, we do not maintain an online user profile that requires an account-deletion request. Local information remains on your device until you delete it in the app (where available), clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app.

Your choices and controls

You can train without creating an account; leave body weight blank; choose whether to enable notifications; reset or clear local progress where the app provides that option; clear app storage in device settings; and uninstall the app to remove private application storage.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to reduce privacy risk by processing workouts locally, avoiding unnecessary collection, and not operating a cloud account system for this app. No device storage system can guarantee absolute security. Protect access to your device.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features or data practices change. When the policy is updated, the “Last updated” date on this page will change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or its store listing where appropriate.
