Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Home Workout (by Need Any Tool), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Home Workout provides offline, on-device bodyweight workouts. Features may include today’s session, short workouts, multi-day programs, a custom workout builder, an exercise library, streaks, history, milestones, optional local reminders, and an estimated calorie figure. The current version does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not sell subscriptions. Features shown in the app may change as we improve the product.
Not medical advice
Home Workout is a general fitness tool. Workouts, form cues, and calorie estimates are informational only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unwell, and consult a qualified professional before starting exercise if you have a health condition. You are responsible for choosing movements that are safe for you.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use Home Workout only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in ways that violate applicable laws.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability, fitness results, or accuracy of calorie estimates.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, data loss, device issues, or damages arising from use of the app. Exercise carries inherent risk.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when terms are revised.
