Print quality checklist

300 DPI minimum on label printers. Don't horizontally scale the image in a way that skews bar width ratios — that's a silent scan killer. And don't crop the quiet zones at the edges. Mandatory, not optional.

One more thing: barcodes on products sold to the public must match numbers registered to your brand. Random EANs for commercial sale violate retail standards and will get your shipment bounced.
